1. General Rule
Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the type of service purchased, whether digital access has been delivered, whether downloadable materials have been made available, whether a live session has been reserved or started, and the terms presented before purchase.
This Policy establishes general rules. A written service-specific agreement may contain additional terms for a corporate, consulting or custom engagement.
2. Online Courses and Certificate Programs
Digital course and certificate purchases may include immediate or scheduled access to online materials. Any specific refund window or eligibility condition should be displayed before payment or enrollment.
Where permitted by law, refund eligibility may be limited after substantial content has been accessed, downloaded, completed or otherwise consumed.
3. Live Online Workshops
Workshop cancellations should be requested as early as possible. Eligibility for refund, transfer or rescheduling may depend on the amount of notice, whether access materials have been delivered and whether the participant’s place was specifically reserved.
4. Group Coaching and One-on-One Consultation
Coaching and consultation reserve professional time. The applicable booking confirmation may specify notice periods for rescheduling or cancellation.
Where clearly disclosed before booking and permitted by law, late cancellations and no-shows may be non-refundable because the reserved time could not reasonably be reassigned.
5. Corporate Team Training
Corporate engagements may require preparation, scheduling and custom curriculum work. A written proposal or training agreement may specify deposits, milestone payments, postponement charges, cancellation deadlines and refund rules.
Where a written agreement conflicts with this general Policy, the written engagement terms control for that engagement to the extent legally permitted.
6. Digital Learning Membership
Membership cancellation is intended to stop future recurring charges when completed through the stated cancellation method before the next renewal.
Partial-month refunds are not automatically provided unless required by law or expressly stated in the membership offer.
7. Technical or Delivery Problems
If a paid service cannot be delivered because of a problem within the reasonable control of OCTO BROS, an appropriate remedy may include corrected access, replacement delivery, rescheduling, account credit or refund depending on the circumstances.
Temporary interruption caused by a learner’s device, internet connection or third-party service does not automatically create a refund right, but reasonable support may be provided.
8. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
A request should identify the purchaser, program or service, transaction date and reason for the request. Do not send full card information or security codes.
Requests are reviewed against the terms applicable to the purchase and any non-waivable rights under applicable law.
9. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Policy limits consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived or restricted.
