Users may not create accounts using false identities, access another person’s account without authorization, circumvent access restrictions or attempt to obtain learning materials without valid authorization.

5. Acceptable Use

Users may use the website and learning materials only for lawful educational and internal professional purposes consistent with the access purchased. Prohibited conduct includes interfering with systems, introducing malicious code, scraping in a disruptive manner, attempting unauthorized access, impersonating another person, infringing intellectual property or using the services to violate applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property and Course Materials

Course videos, lesson text, exercises, workbooks, templates, graphics, assessments, original frameworks, website content and branding are owned by or licensed to OCTO BROS and protected by intellectual property law.

Unless a program expressly states otherwise, enrollment grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the materials for the learner’s own educational or internal business purposes. Materials may not be resold, publicly redistributed, uploaded to file-sharing services, copied into competing commercial training products or shared beyond authorized participants.

7. Third-Party Tools and Platforms

Users are responsible for reviewing the terms and privacy practices of third-party tools before creating accounts, connecting data or relying on their services.

8. Educational Nature and No Guaranteed Outcomes

Programs are designed to support learning and practical skill development. Enrollment does not guarantee employment, promotion, revenue, profitability, financing, customers, investment performance, market acceptance, professional licensing or any other specific outcome.

Results depend on many factors outside the company’s control, including the learner’s prior experience, effort, market conditions, business decisions, third-party technology and legal requirements.

9. Payment, Refunds and Memberships

Payment obligations, recurring billing, cancellations and refunds are governed by the Payment & Billing Policy, Cancellation & Refund Policy and any service-specific terms shown before purchase.

Membership services may renew on a recurring basis if recurring billing is expressly authorized. Users are responsible for cancelling through the stated method before the next renewal if they do not want future charges.

10. Suspension or Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated where reasonably necessary to address non-payment, material breach of these Terms, fraud, unauthorized sharing of course materials, security risk, unlawful activity or abuse of systems.

Where appropriate and legally required, notice or an opportunity to correct a violation may be provided before termination.

11. Disclaimers

The website and educational materials are provided for general educational purposes. To the extent permitted by law, no warranty is made that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every individual use case.

Nothing in these Terms limits any warranty, remedy or statutory right that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OCTO BROS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the website, educational materials or third-party tools.

Any limitation applies only to the extent legally permitted and does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer law requires another result.

14. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be revised when services, pricing structures, technology or legal requirements change. The updated date at the top identifies the current published version. Continued use after an effective update is subject to applicable law and any notice requirements.
